Teenagers and anger is hard.
They struggle to think and process things that effect them. They snap at those close to them.
My son has not seen his dad for a year. His anger towards him is eating at home yet he denys it. His view of his dad is so unreasonable but its his view. His dad is just as unreasonable so it’s like 2 heads clashing. His dad is the adult my son is the child, so figure who is the responsible one.
I try but my son’s anger overwhelms him, I struggle. I have said he needs to talk to someone but he is adamant he won’t.
I would be keen to know who else struggles.
